Shipments are typically picked up between 10 AM and 2 PM on weekdays and usually arrive within 3 business days. NextGEN Aminos is not liable for stolen or redirected packages. We recommend using a secure lockbox or drop box for delivery. In the event your package is lost, we can assist with shipment insurance for a refund or to re-ship your product. However, we cannot authorize re-shipments or refunds for packages marked as “delivered.” Customers should contact the carrier regarding delivery inquiries prior to reaching out to us.
